Access Services

Through myACCESS, we make it easier for you to gain the benefits you and your family qualify for, ensuring everyone gets the support needed for healthy, stable lives. We know these programs can be overwhelming, so our caring team is here to guide and assist you every step of the way.

SNAP offers food benefits to low-income families, helping them afford the nutritious food essential for health and well-being.
Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) help people with limited income cover some or all of their Medicare premiums and may also pay for deductibles and co-insurance.
Nuvia can help you navigate the application process to apply for Medicaid.
The TCA program offers cash assistance to families with children under 18, or under 19 if they are full-time high school students, meeting income, asset, and other requirements. Pregnant women may also qualify in their third trimester if unable to work, or in the ninth month of pregnancy.
We assist community members who face challenges completing online applications, scheduling DCF appointments, calling DCF helplines, or uploading documents to myACCESS due to language barriers, disabilities, or limited access to technology.

My agent put me at ease in figuring out all of the paper work and process. I’m so grateful for her support.”

Additional Services

At Nuvia Medical, we collaborate with numerous organizations to address the diverse needs of individuals and families in our communities.

Women, Infants & Children (WIC) is a federally funded nutrition program offering support to pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age 5. WIC provides healthy foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and health care referrals, all at no cost to you.
Access to healthy food should never be out of reach, and everyone deserves the peace of mind that comes with knowing support is available. Our Nuvia Medical myACCESS agents can connect you with a wide range of food pantry organizations across Tampa, Orlando, and South Florida. We’re here to walk alongside you, share every resource we can, and help ensure you never have to navigate these challenges alone.
As part of your ACCESS application, Nuvia Medical’s experienced staff will help you with referrals to get your Social Security card, if eligible. We’ll also assist you in reading and understanding Social Security letters about Social Supplemental Income (SSI), Medicare benefits, and more.
Nuvia Medical’s myACCESS agents can guide you toward meaningful job opportunities—from local Career Expos to the DCF’s CareerSource Center, where you’ll find support like job-training programs, résumé assistance, interview preparation, and more. We’re here to support your next step, open doors to new opportunities, and connect you with resources that can help you secure steady employment so you can continue supporting yourself and your family.
Nuvia Medical offers in-person assistance with Early Learning Coalition applications for child care and early education programs, including School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK). Our team is here to guide families through the process and ensure they receive the support they need.

Department of Children and Families (DCF)

Nuvia Medical collaborates with DCF (Department of Children and Families) to help individuals and families access vital social services.

Our team assists you in navigating DCF resources, including making calls for Child Support Enforcement and connecting you with Medicaid Choice Counselors.
