Nixalyz (Sally) Benitez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Sally Benitez is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of healthcare experience and a passion for caring for children and families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington Adventist University in 1999 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Barry University in 2007. Her clinical background includes both acute care and primary care, giving her a well-rounded perspective in providing thoughtful, comprehensive care.

Sally is dedicated to helping children grow and thrive by focusing on preventive care, health education, and partnering closely with families to support lifelong wellness. As a mother of four herself, she understands the importance of compassionate, accessible care and strives to create a welcoming environment where both children and parents feel comfortable and supported.

Outside of the office, Sally is the cofounder of Pura Vida Wellness + Hydration, where she helps promote health and wellness in the community on the days she is not in the clinic. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, and riding her bike.
